Being a new mum can be lonely. It can be hard. It can be exhausting. And during that those long nights of crying and tiring feeds, you can often feel like you’re the only one going through it all. But you’re not alone. 

With today being World Mental Health Day there is never a better time to take stock and think about ‘you’ for a moment.

Yes you have to care for a little one, but if you’re not fit and well you won’t be any good to anyone….

So today do something for you! Talk to a friend, join a new group, take a long bath, have a nap or just give yourself a big old pat on the back. Because you’re amazing. You’re a mum and you rock.
